I am in this work to empower people from the inside out.
To guide people into their own knowing, and break open the possibilities within.
I am not here to tell you what to do, do it for you or disempower your power or spirit in the process.
This is about you and for you.

I have experienced mental health challenges as a teenager and young adult, and found the gaps in the system which I now share through this work
I have lost loved ones to their own hands.
I have experienced suppressed childhood SA, and unpacked it through finding forgiveness and healing
I spent my pregnancy and first few years of my sons life single and learning to move through victimhood even deeper.
I know what it is like to suffer, and I know how hard it can feel to do this stuff, but it is worth it. It is always, worth it.
So lets make it as easy as we can for you.

Women are incredible.
The way they are intuitive and just know things.
How they feel so deeply.
Moving mountains and making ways out of no way.
The problem does not lie within individuals, but more of the systems we are raised in.
The solution however, is for women to reclaim their inner world and bring that light back so they can be the woman they know they are, beneath the layers of defence, protection and pain that get built up over time, and are unsure how to move.

We move the energy and emotion, so your system can use its innate healing ability (that we all have), and return you back to a state of peace and inner connection.

Combine this with my personal interest in and experience of over 10 years studying and living holistically, it is an incredibly powerful process I support women with that is actually digestible and practical for the busy reality for many.
Note - digestible and practical tools for moving forward. This is the key. Making healing as realistic, grounded and practical as possible.
As a mum of a busy toddler myself, I know how powerful and necessary it is.

I want to see women truly enjoying life, because it is possible to!
I want to see Mums enjoying motherhood, because not just do their children deserve it, but they do too!
I want to support people to feel their feelings in breathwork, because humans are innately designed to be free, we sometimes just need others to remind us and hold us through it.
I want to see you know yourself and be more trusting in your knowing.
