Breath classes

Breathing is something we do all day, every day—about 20,000 times without thinking. But how often do we do it well? The way we breathe affects everything from our energy levels to our nervous system, from our focus to how we handle stress.

We’ll explore how simple shifts in breathing patterns can improve oxygen flow, support our health, and even help regulate the nervous system. Whether you're here to feel more grounded, manage stress, or just learn something new, this practice is for you.

Note - for anyone who is a “busy body” and struggles to slow down, then the release classes will likely be your zone for a while. They are faster, more intense and less think-y. Clients who have ADHD, busy minds, fast paced lives or simply are stressing more than they desire, have given feedback they really enjoy this style.

Stress Less Breathwork

  • Release Stress

    Life is busy and we often forget to take time for ourselves. This two hours is about tuning you back into you, so you can release the mental, emotional and physical stress that is being held in the body, via gentle connected breathwork. During the breathwork you will be guided into connecting with your body, grounding and quietening the mind.

  • Soften the Noise

    We don’t need to feel heavy, and like things are too much. It’s like a wardrobe, we declutter what no longer fits, serves us or feels good and then afterwards we feel lighter. This time is for you to tune into yourself, and create more space internally.

  • Connected Breathwork

    Connected Breathwork turns the mind off. It allows emotions to heal, limiting beliefs to clear, the body to relax and so, much, more. In this breathwork class, you will be shown the technique, given the adaptations to suit you, set up with tools to support your journey.
